The Websites are operated by Founders Law FZE (“we”, “our” or “us”). Founders Law FZE is a legal services firm registered in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”), with registered office at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE and trade licence number 4416360.01. Founders Law FZE is a subsidiary of Founders Law Limited, a legal services firm registered in England and Wales under company number 11866392 which is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (“SRA”) in the United Kingdom (“UK”), under SRA ID 659005 with a registered office at Hamilton House, 1 Temple Avenue, Temple, London EC4Y 0HA. The legal professionals at Founders Law FZE who are qualified as solicitors of England and Wales are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (as amended) and its implementing regulations.

Using or accessing the Websites, including the use of any technical solutions offered through the Websites (including but not limited to the use of the online chat function on, or the services offered through, the Websites, or email) to communicate with us does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and us. Professional Indemnity Insurance
We maintain professional indemnity insurance in order to protect our clients (subject to the terms of the insurance policy) in the unlikely event of a mistake being made in a case. If you feel that we have made a mistake in your case and that you have or will suffer loss or damage as a result, you must inform us straight away. Contact details and details of the territorial coverage for our professional indemnity insurers are available upon request from the individual handling your matter.
These terms are available in English only. If you are reading these terms in a different language (including Arabic), they are a translation of the English terms and are not an official version of the terms. In the event of any conflict in interpretation between the English version and the translation, the English version will prevail.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
If any provision of these terms is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable then that invalid or unenforceable part will be deemed deleted from these terms, and such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the other provisions of these terms which will remain in full force and effect.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. You are not permitted to transfer any of your rights under these terms to any other person.
